Ladies here are the details.
When: June 24 – 27
Where: Cancun, Mexico
Hotel: Riu Palace Las Americas
The rates you find below include airfare, accommodations, and transfers to and from airport, food & drinks. I have given three separate tables.
Table 1:
Contains just airfare from various cities on Delta Airlines. All the flights are connecting in Atlanta on the going and/or return. Some of the airfare is a bit higher than others and you are more then welcome to find your own airfare. However keep in mind you will have to pay for your airfare up front if you donÕt purchase with the group. If you donÕt purchase with the group please give me your flight information so that I can make sure you have transportation to and from the airport at the proper time.
TABLE 2:
Contains the cost of the hotel. Whether you requested single or double room.
TABLE 3:
Contains the cost of your total package depending on the city you are departing from.
NOW THE IMPORTANT STUFF
** Deposits are due no later than Aug 15 2015 in the amount of $200. This will hold you spot.
At that time I will need the attached form filled out with the following information

á Full Address
á Phone number
á Roommate if any
2nd Payment Due March 15 2016
Final Payment Due May 15 2016
You can make payments anytime between now and then but payment amount much be the amount on the chart. If you are getting your own airfare I will refigure your payments for you. Just email me separately.
REFUND POLICY
You will incur a $100 cancelation fee if you cancel before March 15 2016. After March 15 2016 all funds will be forfeited.
